At times, car batteries may fail for various reasons, including leaving headlights on overnight, alternator malfunctions, electrical problems, auxiliary battery failures, or inadvertent installation of a defective battery. Regardless of the cause, the battery we installed is eligible for a one-time free replacement. While there's no charge for the battery itself, we do apply a service fee for our labor and onsite assistance.
